NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Monday, March 17, 2025, at approximately 5:30 p.m. at Bellevue City Hall, located at 115 East Pine Street, Bellevue, Idaho, a public hearing will be held to consider the following: Appeal of SG-24-14 – Sign Permit for Maverik Inc. – 851 North Main Street An appeal of the administrative decision to approve with conditions the sign plan for a convenience store and gasoline fueling station located at 851 North Main Street. Specifically, the applicant is appealing the determination of total sign area.
This meeting will be held in person or via ZOOM. Supporting background materials will be made available on the city website www.bellevueidaho.us and the Community Development Department in City Hall during regular city business hours.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that at the aforementioned time and place all interested parties may appear and shall be given an opportunity to comment on the matter stated above.
