Beginning Monday, August 10th (and running through November), portions of the Howard Preserve, including the parking area near the Public Works shop, will be closed to allow for the reconstruction of the Diversion Dam. This work will improve long-term stability and reliability, construct a fish passage notch, and reduce erosion in the streambed below the dam.
