The Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) is seeking public comments on a proposed Compliance Agreement Schedule (CAS) with the city regarding its wastewater treatment facility and reuse permit.
The CAS establishes corrective actions, including improvements to facility operations, maintenance, monitoring, reporting, and permit renewal.
Public comments are accepted from August 19, 2026 though September 18, 2026. We encourage all comments be made on the DEQ website to keep them consolidated.
