The City of Bellevue is seeking two dedicated individuals to serve on the Planning and Zoning Commission. These volunteer positions plays a vital role in shaping the future of our community by reviewing and making recommendations on land use, zoning, and development matters. We strongly encourage you to apply!
Eligibility Requirements:
- Must have been a resident of Bellevue or the Bellevue Area of Impact for a minimum of two (2) years.
- Be interested in community planning and development.
- It is helpful, but not required, to have experience in a related field.
Responsibilities Include:
- Attending regular commission meetings (typically held on the 1st and 3rd Mondays of the month).
- Reviewing zoning applications, proposed developments, and community planning documents.
- Collaborating with City staff, the Common Council, and community members on long-range planning projects.
