Any person requesting a permit for a partial or full road closure for a Special Event, Encroachment, etc. must submit a Street Closure Application and contact Blaine County Dispatch advising them of the road closure.

Alcohol Awareness Training for City Issued Liquor, Beer, or Wine License:

If you have applied for a liquor, beer, or wine license you are required to attend an alcohol awareness training approved by the Bellevue Marshall prior to the issuance of said license. You can take the Alcohol Awareness Class online with the Idaho State Police. Click here for further information.

Bellevue Marshal’s Office Now a Certified Car Seat Station

The Bellevue Marshal’s Office is pleased to announce that we are now an official Car Seat Station. Deputy Marshal Marin is certified to provide car seat checks, training, and education to help ensure that your child’s car seat is installed and used correctly.

  • By Appointment Only – Please contact our office to schedule a time.
  • Training & Education – Sessions typically last 1–2 hours and cover proper installation, safety guidelines, and hands-on practice. 

Parents, grandparents, and caregivers are encouraged to take advantage of this free service.
