The plan phone is a new tool from the Bellevue Community Development Department which, when you pick up the receiver, it asks you a question about our community. You can leave a recorded response for the community development department. They will be going through the messages, biweekly, and then posting a new question to the community. The phone will be moving around town periodically, so keep your eyes peeled and use our fun new tool!
