The City of Bellevue invites community members to participate in shaping our City’s future by running for local office. Candidate Filing will be open from Monday, August 18, 2025, at 8:00 a.m. through Friday, August 29, 2025, at 5:00 p.m. This election includes three Bellevue Common Council (Aldermen) seats as well as the Mayor’s position, each serving a two-year term from January 2026 to January 2028.
Serving in local government is a unique opportunity to make a positive impact, represent your neighbors, and help guide Bellevue’s growth and priorities.
